Built in 1915 as Roseville's first funeral parlor, this building was acquired in 1924 by the Brill family to house the Roseville Register-Tribune, the local newspaper, until 1947. From 1947 to 1998 it operated as Roseville Printing. In 1998 Donald Smith and Breene Kerr acquired the building, and they received special recognition for the 2000 renovations.
