In Covington, Ohio, a memorial was erected by the people and friends of the community and dedicated on July 4, 1984, by American Legion Post 80, Amvets Post 66, and VFW Post 4235 to the glory of Almighty God and in loving memory of all veterans of all wars of the United States of America.
