Bayonne Bridge is honored through a dedication to the men and women who designed and built the structure and to those responsible for its operation and maintenance. With grateful appreciation, it was presented to the Port Authority of NY & NJ by the Bayonne Historical Society, Inc., on the 75th anniversary in November 2006. The stone was originally part of the base of the Bayonne Bridge.
