Don Fernando Pacheco Adobe was erected in 1844, built in 1844-51, and restored in 1941 by the Contra Costa Horsemans Association. It is recognized as the Fernando Pacheco Adobe and as a Concord Historical Landmark, with the Concord Historical Society associated with it.
