Cape Vincent Village Green, Inc. provided an open space for the enjoyment of residents and visitors. This was made possible by the financial support of the New York State Office of Parks, Recreation and Historic Preservation, Dorothy Aubrey, the Northern New York Community Foundation, and many others in the community from 1997 to 2007.
