At the Graniteville Company Farm, this bell was used for many years in the late 1800’s to call workers from the fields at noon and to signal emergencies. In 1974, B. Haskell Eubanks, retired Real Estate Manager of Graniteville Company, preserved and cared for it and made it available to the LEISURE YEARS CLUB, placing it in this location as a token of appreciation to Graniteville Company retirees and to those who had long lived in its communities.
