Constructed in 1914 by the community, the wood frame hall contained a gymnasium, stage, kitchen, and basement. As a community recreation center, it was used for dances, plays, basketball games, programs, and movies. It also served as the annual meeting place for the Koosharem Old Folks Party, a well-known traditional town reunion.
