Elijah Thomas Webb, son of Webb City founder John C. Webb, built this prominent Webb City home. Added to the National Register of Historic Places in 2020 as an outstanding example of a high-style Queen Anne residence, it features a mixture of Queen Anne, Italianate, Romanesque, and East Lake design elements. The property was previously known to have a greenhouse, and its rooftop cupola is a unique feature that adds to the home's stature. A second floor sleeping porch was added to the original design in 1914, and an octagonal gazebo was added in the 1990s. E.T. Webb was known for his fine art collection. The house was historically restored by the Wade Family, and the Don Freeman family has continued its restoration and preservation.
