The Moar Mound and Village Site in southwestern Ohio, west of Morrow, spans about 20 acres and joins a Native American mound with an adjacent village site. The mound is thought to have been built by Late Woodland peoples and likely served as a burial place containing one or more individuals and grave goods. It appears closely connected to the nearby village, where multiple burials have also been found. Excavations have uncovered many artifacts, making the site especially important for understanding its inhabitants. As one of the few surviving mounds in southern Warren County, it has remained notably well preserved and was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1976.
