Dimmsville Covered Bridge was a historic covered road bridge near Dimmsville in central Pennsylvania that spanned Cocolamus Creek. Built as a Burr Truss bridge, a common American covered-bridge design, it was about 100 feet long and featured vertical siding, windows at eave level, and a gable roof typical of Pennsylvania’s rural covered bridges. Its significance was formally recognized when it was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1979. After years of neglect, the bridge collapsed on April 11, 2017, and is remembered today as a former local landmark rather than an active crossing.
