East Pascagoula River Light was a lighthouse in Pascagoula, Mississippi, notable for its unusual design as a house topped by a lantern instead of a separate tower. First lit in 1854, it went dark during the Civil War and was relit in 1868. The light served the area until the Mississippi hurricane of 1906 destroyed it, ending its service permanently because it was never rebuilt.
