This masonry vernacular two-story building was constructed in 1930 by William Graham of Crestview. It operated as the Buckhorn Inn, with a restaurant on the ground floor and rooms to rent on the second floor. The first floor has hosted numerous retail and food service operations since the late 1950s, and the second floor rooms were converted to office space in the late 1980s.
