The Hildebrand Bakery burned in the great fire of 1902. This building was built shortly after and became the home and bakery of J.D. Lewis. Starting in 1932, it was an Isaly's Dairy Store, later owned by Jim & Peg Meyers until 1979. It was restored in 2023 by Rice Pegher Capital.
