The historic W.T. Miller Grist Mill was built in 1882, soon after the railroad arrived in Dublin, and became the first rock building in Dublin's downtown area. It was originally used to produce flour and corn meal, and was later upgraded to grind cattle feed with a grain elevator added. W.T. Miller also built a cotton gin next to the grist mill sometime before 1891, and Sanborn maps show other owners or operators of both businesses over time, including W.R. Wasson, Harding and Thompson Milling Co., Milhollin Co., and H.L. Kight, who upgraded the cotton gin in 1919 by adding cotton cleaning equipment. The property was later purchased by W. M. Wright and his son-in-law, Ted C. Robbins, and in 1974 the Robbins family donated it to the Dublin Historical Society as W. M. Wright Historical Park. A pavilion on the site was donated to the Dublin Historical Society and can be reserved for meetings or family gatherings.
