The Cumberland County Veterans Memorial Clock Tower was erected in loving memory of all veterans of Cumberland County and was dedicated on July 4, 1957, with a parade and ceremonies at this spot. It was built and presented to the veterans by the Boiling Springs Civic Improvement Committee.
