Hines Peak is a 6,703-foot mountain in the Topatopa Mountains of Ventura County, California, within the Ventura County section of Los Padres National Forest northeast of Santa Paula. It is the second highest summit in the Topatopa range, surpassed only by Cobblestone Mountain.
