Caloosahatchee National Wildlife Refuge is a 40-acre protected area on the Caloosahatchee River in North Fort Myers, Florida, within the United States National Wildlife Refuge System. Established on January 1, 1921, it occupies a small site beneath the I-75 Caloosahatchee Bridge. Today the refuge is administered as part of the J. N. "Ding" Darling National Wildlife Refuge Complex.
