It honors those remembered under the words Duty, Honor, County, Well Done, Be Thou At Peace, including Troy Young, Clarence Barlett, Dick McCabe, and Billy Toadvine from World War No. 2, and Alan Pilon, David Kenney, Ray Chenoweth, and Joe Bucher from other conflicts. It was dedicated May 30, 1953.
