Dedicated to veterans of 1898 to 1902, this tribute includes President McKinley’s words: “You triumphed over obstacles which would have overcome men less brave and determined.” It was dedicated by the Department of Georgia National Auxiliary United Spanish War Veterans at the fifteenth Annual Convention on May 15–17, 1938.
