Kosciusko

Known as "Redbud Springs" in Indian days, Kosciusko was later named for a Polish-American patriot. It was chartered in 1836 and stood on the Natchez Trace near the geographical center of the state. Its trade activity earned it the title "Beehive of the Hills."
