William "Billy" Quigley Jr. of Wilmington, Illinois, was a dedicated student leader at Illinois State University until his death in an automobile accident. A student in the College of Business, he was passionate about supporting and engaging students in campus programs and activities. He served on the executive board of the University Program Board as director of membership and began making Redbird moments. He was also on the executive board for the Campus Involvement Ambassadors, a registered student organization dedicated to helping students find where they best belong within the Redbird family. He was remembered as a true Redbird and "a big deal at ISU."
