James D. Braselton, his wife Anna C. Braselton, and their family lived here at Garden Ranch, where their home was built in 1887. Their daughter, Mrs. Minnie Braselton–Fahey, made possible recognition of the site of the family home here at Garden Ranch and the Braselton Room in the Oroville Museum.
