This building was built between 1910 and 1915. It was first occupied by Warren James and used for his grocery store. In 1926, Dan S. Tuttle and Robert Jones opened a dry cleaners here. It continued under Tuttle's ownership for nearly 50 years and was later purchased by Tommy Tacker. In the 2000's, Peppermint Pony Clothing Store operated here. The building is built with hollow concrete blocks and still has its original tin ceiling inside.
