Tree pumps were a common water source in towns throughout America in the 18th and 19th centuries. Several community pumps were landmarks in the square of St. Thomas throughout its history. This upper stock pump was created in 2011 by Historic Preservation Services. This tree pump is dedicated to the people of St. Thomas township.
