Sheridan Drive was constructed for a greater Niagara Frontier from 1923 to 1925 and was dedicated to improved highway transportation, under the town board with J. Fred Moore as supervisor, Elmer W. Johnson as town clerk, Samuel Seitz, Edward A. Jones, Robert M. Zimmerman, and Fred B. Eberhardt as justices, Fed Ebling as superintendent of highways, and George C. Diehl as engineer.
