The Lady Lions Club was organized in 1963 with 24 members. The club has raised thousands of dollars for community projects, including sponsoring the Miss Syracuse Pageant. Original charter member Helen Willey donated money towards the Lions' Clubhouse. They continue to serve the citizens of Syracuse through service and financial donations.
