Richard "Dick" Kellett was a Korean War U.S. Army veteran, a proud pipefitter, and a business agent for Plumbers and Pipefitters Local 562. He co-founded the North County Labor Legislative Club and served twenty-nine years as its president. He was active in political campaigns, civic endeavors, Daily World Missionaries, White House Retreats, and as an usher at St. Rose. North County area elected officials owed their seats to Dick and the Labor Club. Union brothers and sisters meant everything to him, but above all he especially loved the time and events he spent with his family.
