The community dedicated this tribute to the glory of God and to the sacrifice and honor of the men and women who served the country in all wars, urging that none forget they gave their all for the principles of democracy: freedom of speech, freedom of religion, freedom from want, and freedom from fear. It calls on the living to live for those who have fallen so that in their lives the fallen may be resurrected. It remembers service in World War I, World War II, the Korean War, and the Vietnam War, and honors those who died defending freedom in World War II, Korea, and Vietnam.
