Constructed by the Clinch Valley Coal and Iron Company circa 1890, this building was acquired by Dr. W. R. Williams on December 26, 1901, conveyed to the Town of Richlands in 1983, and placed on the National Register of Historic Places by the United States Department of the Interior.
