Roubidoux Spring in Waynesville, Missouri, is a freshwater spring in the Ozarks that emerges at the base of a rock ledge within the city and quickly flows into Roubidoux Creek. Now framed by a concrete wall supporting the road above, it reflects both the natural landscape and later engineering. It is generally considered a second-magnitude spring with an average discharge of 58.3 cubic feet per second, though limited data leaves its full range uncertain and some accounts suggest it can exceed 100 cubic feet per second. Surrounded by caves, other springs, and sinkholes, it illustrates the Ozarks’ karst terrain and also serves as a city park with trails and a boardwalk.
