The point where Oklahoma, Kansas, and Missouri meet lies just north of I-44, east of the Downstream Casino and Resort operated by the Quapaw Nation. A native-stone monument erected here in 1938 by the Works Progress Administration identified the location, though it was placed about 50 feet west of the true tripoint. In October 2004, a stand-on plaque was installed at the actual meeting point of the three states. Sources give the elevation here as either 1,016 feet or 1,024 feet.
