Jerry H. and Jane L. "Bunnie" Geroux gave many years of dedicated service to the City of Gahanna. Through their tireless efforts, Gahanna was named "Herb Capital of Ohio" in 1971, giving the city a special and unique identity. The municipal gardens were designed and created in 1974 by Bunnie and Jerry and their volunteers, and they have been maintained to this day by the Geroux family and enjoyed and appreciated by the city's citizens.
