Pine Creek Lake is a reservoir in southeastern Oklahoma spanning parts of McCurtain and Pushmataha counties, created by damming the Little River, Pine Creek, and Turkey Creek. Begun in 1963 and operational by 1969, it is managed by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers for flood control, water supply, fish and wildlife, and recreation, alongside the nearby Pine Creek Wildlife Management Area. At normal levels, the lake covers about 3,750 acres with 74 miles of shoreline. Its dam is a large rolled earth embankment with an extensive spillway system, and the reservoir is one of two impoundments on the Little River.
