Rib Mountain rises 1,940 feet above sea level as the third highest point in Wisconsin. From here, the landscape spreads out in a patchwork of homes, factories, and farm land, while hawks or turkey vultures may soar overhead on currents of warm air and dark thunderstorm clouds may travel across the sky.
