M. J. Bourke was the first business owner in this building, which was constructed in accordance with a 1906 party wall agreement with the bank next door. Other shops that occupied the building included Foley's Photo Art Shop, the Reinhertz Boot Shop, Gallery One, Ali's Jewelry and Odyssey Antiques. Northern Art was located here in 1997, and the building is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
