Edgemont Covered Bridge is the only covered bridge in the northern Great Plains. It was made of Douglas fir in 2011, designed by Kris Barker, and built by Moses Borntreger. It was made possible by Edgemont citizens devoted to rebuilding the bridge to the park island.
