Parowan Meetinghouse, also called the Parowan Tabernacle or Old Rock Church, is a historic Latter-day Saint building in Parowan, Utah, now operating as a museum and listed on the National Register of Historic Places. Construction ran from 1861 to 1870 under local builder-architects Ebenezer Hanks, Edward Dalton, and William A. Warren. Its basement was finished by 1867 and used for meetings before the main chapel, which seated 800 and first hosted a meeting in April 1870 during Brigham Young’s visit. Distinctive features include separate staircases and entrances for men and women. After church use ended in 1914, the city took ownership around 1920, and the Daughters of the Utah Pioneers became its caretakers.
