Sarvis Fork Covered Bridge, also called Sandyville Covered Bridge, is a historic covered road bridge near Sandyville, West Virginia, spanning the Left Fork of Sandy Creek. Built in 1889–1890 by R.B. Cunningham and G.W. Staats, it originally crossed John Carnahan's Fork, a branch of Mill Creek. After U.S. Route 33 introduced an iron bridge, the covered bridge was abandoned and then moved and rebuilt in 1924 at its present site. Modest in scale and typical of a narrow rural bridge, it was completely rebuilt again in 2000. Listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1981, it reflects West Virginia's efforts to preserve surviving covered bridges as transportation changed.
