The Lizzadro Museum of Lapidary Art is an American museum dedicated to cutting, polishing, and carving stone, with collections that connect decorative art to earth science. Founded in 1962 in Elmhurst, Illinois, from the personal collection of Italian immigrant Joseph Lizzadro, it grew from his interest in working precious stones for jewelry into a museum known especially for jade carvings. Notable pieces include the Altar of the Green Jade Pagoda and Castle Lizzadro. Its displays also include gemstones, fossils, minerals, mosaics, sculptures, and dioramas. After decades in Elmhurst, the museum moved to Oak Brook in 2019.
