Pythian Temple

Pythian Temple was built for and occupied by Forest Oak Lodge #123, Knights of Pythias, Domain of Maryland, from October 2 1911 until November 11, 1970. Architect H. S. Kinsley designed the building, and Hezekiah Day, a general contractor and charter member of the lodge, built it. The cornerstone was laid on May 16 1911.
