Edward Oswald, Jr. was born on 12/5/1896 and died on 2/22/1986. He served as City Attorney for 26 years and was actively engaged in the general practice of his profession in this county for almost 60 years. He was instrumental in drafting the first City Charger and served the community with dedication and distinction.
