Museo de las Americas in Denver, Colorado, is a fine arts museum dedicated to the arts and cultures of the Americas from ancient to contemporary times. Founded in 1992 and relocated in 1994 to its current building in the Santa Fe Arts District, it combines exhibition, preservation, and education. Its permanent collection includes more than 3,000 objects reflecting Latin American art, history, and traditions, from pre-Columbian figures and folk art to contemporary Latino works. Through international and regional exhibitions, including installations addressing immigration detention, it connects historical collections with modern cultural and social themes and has received several local awards.
