Founded as a 10-acre farm in 1920 by Cordella and Walter Knott, developer of the boysenberry, Knotts Berry Farm grew from berry fields into a tea room, berry market, nursery, and one of the Nation's oldest themed amusement parks, now on 150 acres with authentic replicas of a ghost town, gold mine, and our Independence Hall.
