Bob and Peggy Kraft donated a Route 66 Hall of Fame streetcar to Gardner. The Krafts had provided years of food, fun, and nostalgia at their Riviera Roadhouse on Route 66. The Riviera burned down on June 8, 2010. The streetcar was intended to preserve a piece of Gardner history and provide fond memories to visitors.
