The sacrifices of brave soldiers made it possible for Americans to enjoy shared rights and freedoms, and this ceremonial area was completed as the Eagle Scout Project of Scott Arnold Martz of Mechanicsburg Boy Scout Troop 80 to provide a place where people can relax and reflect on the heroism of the men and women of this country who fought to keep America free and safe.
