East Peak is a 6,194-foot summit in Elko County, Nevada, overlooking the Humboldt River valley and the community of Ryndon to its north. The main peak of Elko Mountain rises about two miles to the west-southwest. Its significance is chiefly geographic and descriptive: the name East Peak reflects its location east of other nearby summits.
