George W. Bonney, Frank G. Barclay, Harvey Clark, Oliver O. Emery, Howard E. Foote, Harold F. Gale, Roy D. Graves, Harold W. Griffiths, Ralph O. Hill, Charles E. McCarthy, Lawrence E. Perkins, and Earl J. Santimaw died in the Great War. They gave their lives that others might live. Two hundred and seven Potsdam Normal School boys served as soldiers in the United States Army from 1917 to 1918 to save their country.
