The Pump House has distinctive architecture marked by an exaggerated roofline and a solitary chimney. Water was first pumped there from local artesian wells or natural springs. In 1908, the pump was converted from steam to hydroelectric power. The wells were capped in 1920, and the building was left vacant. In 1967, Warner Vineyards purchased and restored the building. It was later used as a restaurant and now serves as the Wine Haus tasting room for the winery's visitors.
