The first Board of Directors of the Ladies Cemetery Association included President Mrs. T. F. Heath, Vice-President Mrs. L. Bonesteel, Secretary Mrs. H. W. Carter, and Treasurer Miss Rose C. Kittelberger. The cemetery was developed with the help of other citizens of Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio, including Mrs. O. E. Krox for entertainment donations and Mr. H. B. Camp, Mr. Matthew Crawford, Mr. John Lyon, Mr. Reed Deeds, and Mr. Jack Hatfield. It was given in memory of Christian and Rosina Kittelberger.
