Edgar McDonald, Jack Lampkin, Dewey Basden, and Claude Rogers worked the chairs here in the early 1900's. McDonald's wife Ethel began a cleaning business for shop patrons at the back in the 20's, and dry cleaning soon became this spot's predominant activity. Baldwyn Dry Cleaners existed in the 60's with owners including Edgar Lee McDonald and Wayne Stone. In 2012, this restored building became Rothann Richey's Art 108 and is on the National Register of Historic Places.
